XIONG'AN FUTURE CHIP INNOVATION INSTITUTE (FCRV)
The Xiong'an Future Chip Innovation Institute (FCRV) was established under the guidance of the Xiong'an New Area Industry and Information Technology Bureau, jointly initiated by the RISC-V Alliance, Corerise Technology, Yisiwei Computing, and Ximou Computing. Leveraging the unique advantages of the RISC-V Alliance and focusing on Xiong'an New Area's needs for digital economy development and digital city construction, the Institute prioritizes digital construction of new-generation information infrastructure and the development of new-quality productive forces for industrial transformation and upgrading. It conducts R&D, product testing, standard-setting, evaluation, application demonstration, business training, and cooperation exchanges in open instruction set architecture technologies, striving to build Xiong'an into a highland of independent innovation and an "RISC-V Innovation City".

Chip Autonomous & Controllability Assessment and System Adaptation Service Platform
Hardware adaptation, basic software adaptation, application software adaptation, strategy debugging, and interface adaptation.
RISC-V+AI Extended Instruction Set Testing Platform
Providing RISC-V AI extended instruction set and compiler verification testing, high-performance operator library R&D testing, and transformation of open-source intelligent application achievements.
RISC-V Training and Internship Center
Chip design talent training, chip testing talent training, comprehensive practical training, and certification services for RISC-V AI.
